Pool preparation John Krynock, an employee of the Findlay City Parks Department, paints a diving board Friday afternoon at the Riverside Park Pool in preparation for the pool’s opening at noon today. Krynock says the boards need painting every couple of years to prevent them from getting too slippery. The pool will be open daily from noon until 7 p.m. Daily admission will cost $1.75 for children 18 years old and younger, up 25 cents from last year, and $3.50 for adults, unchanged from last year. Season passes can be purchased at the Findlay-Family YMCA’s downtown branch on Lincoln Street. (Photo By Nick Moore)
