ORDINANCES
• 2014-40, second reading, vacating an east/west alley near Fifth Street in the Nidek subdivision, and Blanchard Avenue and Brookside additions.
• 2014-41, second reading, vacating a portion of a north/south alley running north from Sixth Street in the Brookside and Blanchard Avenue additions.
• 2014-42, second reading, vacating a portion of an east/west alley near East Street in the S&P Carlin Addition.
• 2014-43, second reading, rezoning a portion of Eastern Woods Office Park from C1 local commercial to 01 office institution.
• 2014-44, second reading, rezoning a portion along East Hardin Street and East Lincoln Street from C2 general commercial to C3 downtown commercial district.

• 2014-56, first reading, vacating alleys and a portion of a street in the Howard Addition, including a portion of West Foulke Avenue between Morey Avenue and Cory Street, the first alley east of Morey Avenue running north and south between West Trenton Avenue and West Foulke Avenue, the second alley east of Morey Avenue running north and south between West Trenton Avenue and West Foulke Avenue, the second alley west of Cory Street running north and south between West Trenton Avenue and West Foulke Avenue, and the first alley west of Cory Street running north and south between West Trenton Avenue and West Foulke Avenue.
RESOLUTIONS
• 21-2014, third reading, by emergency, authorizing the service-safety director to advertise for bids and enter into contracts for East Sandusky Street/Osborn Avenue intersection upgrades. Motion to table the resolution approved 6-0, with Councilwoman-At-Large Anne Spence, Councilman-At-Large Grant Russel, 2nd Ward Councilman Randy Van Dyne, and 7th Ward Councilman Bob Nichols absent.
• 23-2014, authorizing the mayor to file an application for fiscal year 2014 for Community Development Block Grant Funds. Resolution approved 6-0.
