A Findlay man was seriously injured Saturday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with a car in the 800 block of Tiffin Avenue.
Albert Minjarez, 44, suffered moderate to severe injuries and was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Hanco EMS, Findlay police reported.
Minjarez was riding west on Tiffin Avenue about 1:15 p.m., police said. Alexander B. Howard, 21, of Findlay, was driving a Mercury Grand Marquis south on Carnahan Avenue when he ran a stop sign and attempted to make a left turn onto eastbound Tiffin Avenue, pulling into the path of Minjarez’s motorcycle, police said.
Minjarez was ejected from the motorcycle during the crash, police said.
Howard suffered minor injuries from broken glass but was not taken to the hospital, police said. He was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.
