A Lima man was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 9:40 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Hancock County 236 and Fostoria Avenue.
Findlay police said J. Norbert Howe, 87, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital with neck pain and some cuts.
Connie Grunden, 51, of Bloomdale, was driving a 2013 Ford Taurus south on Hancock County 236, following a tractor-trailer when she drove through a red light. Officers determined she had been driving too close to the truck to see the light change.
Howe, driving a 2011 Toyota Avalon, was eastbound on Fostoria Avenue, had a green light, and hit the Taurus on the rear passenger side.
Grunden was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
