A Vincent Street home was damaged by fire Tuesday night, according to the Findlay Fire Department.
The fire at 1065 Vincent St. was reported at 5:46 p.m. When firefighters arrived, heavy smoke was coming from a bedroom and the eaves of the one-story house, the fire department reported. Two residents of the home had already evacuated the house.
Nineteen firefighters responded and were able to contain the fire to the bedroom. The rest of the house sustained minimal smoke damage, the fire department reported. Firefighters remained at the scene until after 9 p.m.
An electrical heater is being looked at as a possible cause of the fire, but the investigation is continuing. No one was injured, and no damage estimate was available.
