CAREY — A Carey man has died from injuries he suffered in a crash Wednesday night in Seneca County.
Zachery Brodman, 21, died Friday evening at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
He was injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday night on Big Spring Township 93 near Seneca County 52, south of New Riegel.
A 1995 Chevrolet S10 driven by Brodman was traveling south on Big Spring Township 93 when the truck went off the left side of the road, the Fremont post of the State Highway Patrol reported. It overturned multiple times before coming to rest in a ditch.
Brodman was ejected from the truck, the patrol said. He was transported by Seneca County EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, and then was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
Two passengers — Kevin Lonsway, 21, and Anthony Blair, 22, both of Carey — suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the patrol said. They were transported by Seneca County EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, the patrol said.
Funeral arrangements for Brodman are pending at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey.
