A Findlay man is facing a first-degree felony possession of cocaine charge after being arrested Wednesday.
Jason John Lenz, 41, is incarcerated at the Hancock County jail. He was secretly indicted Tuesday on a possession of cocaine charge, a first-degree felony, and a fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs charge, said Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle.
The first-degree felony charge stems from the discovery of more than 27 grams of cocaine that Lenz allegedly possessed.
The indictment also states that $5,510 of Lenz’s money is subject to forfeiture because it allegedly was used in the offense of drug possession.
