Girls Basketball: Riverdale, Wynford deadlocked in NCC

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Jordyn Wright led the way with 24 points Friday aS Riverdale pounded Crestline 76-33 in a North Central Conference girls basketball game.
Ten Riverdale players scored in the game. Janessa Taylor had 16 points and Taylor Farmer had seven rebounds for the Falcons (12-3, 9-1 NCC) as Riverdale kept pace with Wynford atop the league standings.
Wright added five assists and Taylor Frey had seven steals.
Kenzie Ronk had seven points to lead Crestline (1-14, 0-10 NCC).

UPPER SANDUSKY — Wynford’s Brenna Quinn had a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds as the Royals stopped Upper Sandusky 32-26 in a North Central Conference girls basketball game Friday night.
Wynford (12-3 overall) remained in a tie atop the NCC standings with Riverdale at 9-1 with the win. Upper Sandusky dropped to 7-8 overall and 5-5 in conference play.
Kalene Johnson led the Rams with 10 points. Taylor Graboski just missed a double-double for the Rams as she netted nine points with 13 rebounds and five blocked shots.
