Girls basketball: O-G’s Miller tabbed WBL player of year

Ottawa-Glandorf’s Kristen Miller earned the Western Buckeye League’s top award as the Titans’ senior was named the WBL Player of the Year.
Miller is a senior guard and led the Titans to a 20-2 regular season record that included an 8-1 record in the league and a second-place finish behind champion Lima Bath.
She averaged 13.6 points with 2.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game for Ottawa-Glandorf.
Other first team all-WBL picks included Lima Bath’s Madison Dackin and Danielle Van Dyne, Kenton’s Brooke Bostelman, Van Wert’s Erin Morrow and Wapakoneta’s Sara Warner.
Ottawa-Glandorfs Elissa Ellerbrock and Anna Bellman were second- and third-team selections respectively.
Danielle Schroeder made the all-WBL honorable mention list for the Titans,
