College Baseball: UF swept by Point Park

AUBURNDALE, Fla. — The University of Findlay baseball team completed its spring swing through Florida by dropping both ends of a doubleheader with Point Park College on Friday, losing the first game 11-6 in 14 innings and the second 5-1.
Reid Rothenbuhler had an RBI double in the first inning and Joe Sickler had a game-tying solo home run, his second of the season, in the bottom of the seventh.
Point Park broke it open in the 14th inning, the big blow a three-run home run by Michael DeJesus.
Jordan Garcia prevented UF from being blanked in the second game when he belted a solo home run in the seventh.
The Oilers (2-6) face Urbana University in a doubleheader Tuesday in Chillicothe.
