McCOMB — It’s been awhile since there was a hole-in-one at McComb’s Shady Acres Golf Course.
That drought was broken in a big way over the weekend as two aces were recorded, the first in the year-and-a-half that Marty and Connie Panning have owned the course.
Portage’s Max Shisler aced the 140-yard No. 7 hole on Friday using a 6-iron. It was his second career hole-in-one.
On Sunday, Findlay’s Dale Weaver scored a hole-in-one on the same hole using a 7-iron.
