Sprague named to Medicaid panel

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Robert Sprague, R-Findlay, has been named to the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee, which will be responsible for overseeing reforms to Ohio’s Medicaid program.
The appointment was made by Speaker of the Ohio House William Batchelder.
Sprague serves as a member of the House Health and Aging Committee as well as the House Finance and Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services.
He was chair of the Prescription Drug Addiction and Healthcare Reform Study Committee, which held regional hearings through the summer in communities across Ohio.
