Managing conflict topic of program at Findlay Country Club

Conflict management will be discussed at the meeting of Findlay Area Human Resources Association at 11:30 a.m. April 9 at Findlay Country Club.
Jackie Wells, director of residence life at Bluffton University, will discuss ways to identify conflict at the personal level and to manage conflict in a community/workplace setting. Personal conflict styles, cultural competencies and the role of restorative justice in conflict resolution will be covered.
Participants are asked to register and pay online at Otherwise an additional $5 will be charged to pay at the door. Cost is $15 for association members, $20 for non-members, $10 for students or members in transition.
