Managing conflict topic of program at Findlay Country Club

Conflict management will be discussed at the meeting of Findlay Area Human Resources Association at 11:30 a.m. April 9 at Findlay Country Club.
Jackie Wells, director of residence life at Bluffton University, will discuss ways to identify conflict at the personal level and to manage conflict in a community/workplace setting. Personal conflict styles, cultural competencies and the role of restorative justice in conflict resolution will be covered.
Participants are asked to register and pay online at http://fahra.mightevent.com/events/event-Results.cfm. Otherwise an additional $5 will be charged to pay at the door. Cost is $15 for association members, $20 for non-members, $10 for students or members in transition.
