East Sandusky Street’s closure this week will begin and end sooner than previously announced, according to the city Engineering Department.
East Sandusky Street between Main and East streets will now close at 6 a.m. today and remain closed until 6 a.m. Thursday for storm sewer installation.
The city had previously announced that East Sandusky would be closed from 8 a.m. today until 5 p.m. Thursday for the construction work.
In unrelated construction work, railroad crossings at Lima Avenue and Western Avenue, and on North Blanchard Street between Tiffin and Crystal avenues, will be closed this week while Norfolk Southern Railroad repairs track at those crossings.
