Woman charged with felony assault

A rural Findlay woman was jailed after a weekend altercation with her boyfriend, authorities reported.
Michelle Harp, 46, was taken to the Hancock County jail on charges of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence, according to an arrest report.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic dispute at 1698 Ohio 103 at 6:53 p.m. Saturday.
Harp allegedly cut her boyfriend’s side with a knife, authorities reported. He was able to run from the suspect.
Deputies said they confiscated two kitchen knives.
