Forest reading program planned

FOREST — Registration for “Fizz, Boom, Read!,” the summer reading program at Forest-Jackson Public Library is underway.
Kids can read books, receive tickets and turn them in for prizes.
Programs are held at 1 p.m. at Gormley Park, Forest.
The schedule includes:
Today — Future Farmers of America petting zoo.
June 10 — Matt Jergens, comedy juggler.
June 24 — Mr. Molecule.
July 1 — Bingo in open air pavilion.
July 8 — No program.
July 15 — “Slimetime.” Participants should wear old clothes and shoes.
July 22 — 11:45 a.m., pizza party at Mount Blanchard pool.
Aug. 5, 12 and 19 — Free family movie matinees at the library.
