Hancock-Wood to hold outing

NORTH BALTIMORE — Hancock-Wood Electric Cooperative will hold its “Member Family Fun Day” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at its corporate headquarters at 1399 Business Park Drive South, North Baltimore.
The free event is held annually as a member appreciation event. More than 1,000 are expected to attend.
Featured will be 14-year-old vocalist and Findlay High School student Gabrielle Calvert, who will perform at noon, accompanied by Dave Phillips on guitar.
Magician Michael Mage will perform at 11 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
The event will also include pedal boat rides, a family photo booth, fun house, Air Extreme Ohio bungee jump and jousting ring, art activities, face painting, a flying toy area, carnival rides, inflatables, energy exhibits, office and plant tours, hot dogs and side dishes, snow cones, giveaways and drawings for prizes.
