A pond clinic, sponsored by Hancock Soil and Water Conservation District, will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday near Shelter 4 in Riverbend Recreation Area, off Ohio 568 east of Findlay.
Topics will include fish management, ponds for drinking water, aeration options, design and construction of ponds, and weed management and algae control.
Personnel from state Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife; Flag City Water Systems; Ohio State University Extension; Legacy Cooperative, and the conservation district will make presentations.
Light refreshments will be available and participants should bring lawn chairs and bug spray.
