McCOMB — The McComb Public Library now features a Reading Counts computer station for McComb students who have completed third through sixth grades, so they can practice their reading skills this summer.
The station was provided to the library through a grant from the Hancock Educational Service Center and Ohio’s Early Literacy and Reading Readiness Grant.
Students who pass reading quizzes over the summer will earn ice cream for each test they pass, and after completing five quizzes will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
Details are available at the library’s circulation desk.
