Officials attend state symposium

A group of Hancock County officials attended a recent Ohio Judicial Symposium on Opiate Addiction.
The June 30 gathering among officials from across the state further discussed options for treatment.
Attendees included Judge Joseph Niemeyer, Hancock County Common Pleas Court; Precia Stuby, executive director of the county Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services board; Paul Maekask, county public defender; Mark Miller, county prosecuting attorney; Jason Seem, detective sergeant at the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office; Kimberly Switzer, common pleas director of court services/chief probation officer; Dave Spridgeon, Findlay Municipal Court probation officer; Amber Wolfrom, director of planning at the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services board; and Tony Grotrain, concerned citizen.
