Police Department

A woman apprehended for shoplifting gaming equipment from Meijer, 2200 Tiffin Ave., also was cited for having a hypodermic needle Tuesday.
A Findlay female was caught attempting to shoplift a Hello Kitty doll and other goods in a cart Wednesday from the Tiffin Avenue Walmart.
Three people were taken into custody recently under separate warrants at 1415 S. Main St., 2231 Ivy Court, and in the 1600 block of Fox Street.
A privacy fence panel was damaged at 915 Fox St. The damage was noted Wednesday.
Domestic discontent was documented inside a Dunn Avenue domicile Wednesday.
A man was jailed after assaulting a person in the 300 block of Sterling Hill Drive on Wednesday.
A man wanted under a city warrant was found with drug paraphernalia Thursday in the 400 block of West Trenton Avenue.

Sheriff’s Office

A crack pipe was seized Thursday from a Dodge during a traffic stop on North Main Street at Trenton Avenue.
A Liberty Township woman reported Monday that someone used her identity involving her income tax return.
Domestic disturbances were reported recently at homes on Cass Township 243 and Rockwood Drive.
A Findlay man was accused of stealing an extension cord from 1127 White Birch Drive last week.
Authorities handled a complaint in late March that a Vanlue School student had threatened a classmate via the Internet.
