A K9 search Thursday inside a car on Broad Avenue turned up drug paraphernalia.

A woman filed a complaint Thursday against her 15-year-old son for being unruly.

A 50-inch flat screen TV was reported stolen Thursday from 905 Morse St.

A man was arrested for domestic violence and endangering children following a report by Glenwood Middle School on Thursday.

Two female customers were issued trespass warnings at Wendy’s, 500 Tiffin Ave., after they began yelling at staff on Thursday.

A Beech Avenue resident reported Thursday that money was taken out of a bank account online.

Police issued a trespass warning to a customer at Walmart, 2500 Tiffin Ave., on Friday.

A Carey man was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia on Friday.

A domestic dispute was reported Friday on Broad Avenue.

Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted in a civil problem between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend regarding horses and horse saddles Thursday on Hancock County 236.

Juvenile Court


From the public records of Hancock County Juvenile Court:

Nicole Gavan pleaded no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor. She was sentenced to six months in the Hancock County jail and a $1,000 fine, both of which will be suspended if she abides by all court orders for two years.

Karen Lizbeth Lewis, 63, of Findlay, died June 27, 2017. Cause of death: pneumonia. Final ruling: accident.

George David Lasley, 86, of Findlay, died Nov. 15, 2017. Cause of death: motor vehicle accident. Final ruling: accident.

Danielle Rice, 28, of Findlay, died Feb. 4. Cause of death: combined drug toxicity, principally fentanyl. Final ruling: accident.

Jeff Gary, 56, of Findlay, died Feb. 11. Cause of death: multiple gunshot wounds. Final ruling: homicide.

Robert Gibson, 36, of Forest, died Feb. 8. Cause of death: brain injury due to combined overdoses of cocaine and opioids. Final ruling: accident.

Brenae Jackson, 23, of Findlay, died March 1. Cause of death: rupture of urinary bladder. Final ruling: natural.

Surreno J. Killion, 2 months old, of Findlay, died March 1. Cause of death: suffocation. Final ruling: accident.

John Nye, 87, of Findlay, died March 21. Cause of death: gunshot wound to mouth. Final ruling: suicide.
