J. Wesley Kulp, 90, of Findlay, OH passed away at 11:15 AM on Friday, March 28, 2014, at The Heritage. He was born on March 29, 1923, to the late Linneaus and Katie (Moyer) Kulp in Harleysville, PA. He married Marjorie C. Landes on June 27, 1942, and she survives.
Wesley is also survived by his daughters: Jane (Roger) Gossman of Findlay, OH and Jennifer Wagner of Tucson, AZ; sister, Ruth Godshall of Souderton, PA; grandchildren: Melissa (Mark) Schroeder of Pickerington, OH, Melinda Gray of Findlay, OH, Troy Wagner of Camarillo, CA, and Chad Wagner of Tucson, AZ; and great-grandchildren: Maddie and Grant Schroeder and Alexis and Blake Gray. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Kulp.
Wesley worked for and retired from Clear View Farms Inc. He also sold real estate and was the owner operator of Property Management Inc. Wesley was a Gideon member for 40 years and was a former chaplain. He was a member of the Findlay Evangelical Free Church and loved to garden. He formerly lived in PA and Delray Beach, FL.
Private graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014 in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay, OH. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Findlay Evangelical Free Church, where memorial services will begin at 3:00 p.m. Pastor David Cass will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gideons International or to the Findlay Evangelical Free Church. Arrangements are being handled by COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, OH.
