DAYTON — A funeral for Jack Eugene Lynch, 89, of Dayton, and formerly of Fostoria, will be held at noon Friday at First Church of the Nazarene, Fostoria, the Revs. Joseph Hurst and John Manley officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, near Kansas, Ohio, with military rites by the United Veterans of Fostoria.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral Friday at the church.
Mr. Lynch died Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, in Dayton.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Lou (Schatzinger) Lynch, Dayton; three sons, Daniel (Sharon) of Fostoria; Wayne (Kollette) of Amsden; and Gary (Rose) of Carey; six daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Linda) Travis, Mrs. Phillip (Christine) Craley and Rebecca Kreais, all of Fostoria; Mrs. Chris (Mary) Ickes, Bettsville; Mrs. Thomas (Constance) Downer, Dayton; and Mrs. Michael (Gloria) Broadwater, Risingsun; a brother, William of Covington, Kentucky; and two sisters, Cora Jean Lutz, Old Fort; and Shirley Burkart, Tiffin.
Memorials may be made to Pilgrim Holiness Church or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
