Deborah Jane (Bushong) Hartsock passed away at Blanchard Valley Hospital emergency room on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017.
Deborah, 64, was born to Rev. Lester E. Bushong and Edith M. (Decker) Bushong on July 5 1953.
Deborah is survived by her soul mate of 22 years, Leonard Tackett; a sister, Rita D. Marvin, Sneads, Fl.; a sister-in-law, Janet Bushong, Lima; two children, Jere D. Crawford II, Findlay, and Deborah D. “Deedee Crawford” (Kristin Conner) Sherman, Carey; five grandchildren, Cynthia A. (Sherman) Burzynski, Matthew S. Sherman, Bianca D. Perkins, Jere D. Crawford III and Cameron H. Conner; and one beautifully precious great-granddaughter, Elita Crawford.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Betty L., Max E., Joe L. and David D. Bushong.
At Deborah’s request, she wanted to help people one last time and donate her body to the University of Toledo Medical Center.
A gathering to celebrate Deborah’s life, for she was of the Pentecostal Faith, will be held for family and friends at The Upper Room Church of God, 520 W. Bigelow Ave., Findlay. Visitation is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, followed by a memorial service at 1 p.m. Bring a dish to share for a potluck after the service.
