Neva R. Fisher, age 79, of Findlay, died at 11:17 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born on March 5, 1939, in Findlay, Ohio to the late Clarence L. and Elsie B.(Lee) Vansant. She married Robert E. Fisher on November 22, 1979 and he survives.
Neva is also survived by her daughters: Terry (Chuck Hollis, soulmate) Springer of Findlay, Gale Dee (Jack Kingery) Springer of Port Clinton, and Athena Rose Fisher of California; brother: Tom (Cindy) Vansant of Findlay; grandchildren: Natasha (Brad) Hines, Danyelle Young, Jeremy Sherbrook, Brandon Sherbrook, Troy (Shayna) Kingery, and Jaclyn (Jeff) Waltermyer and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers: Keith, Bob, Chuck and Jim Vansant and sister: Josephine Radabaugh.
Neva had been a receptionist for 13 years for Solomon Software and retired as a cashier at JC Penny. She was a member of Blanchard Avenue Church of God and enjoyed making music boxes.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday with Pastor Leonard Roessler officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
