CLEVELAND (AP) — Four people have been indicted for a string of 19 armed robberies reported in the Cleveland area between May 2013 and March 2014.
Officials say the four defendants robbed bars, restaurants, pharmacies and stores in Cleveland and three of its suburbs.
The indictment in Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH’-guh) County charges all four with aggravated robbery, kidnapping, misuse of a credit card and other crimes.
Twenty-one-year-old Johnnie Harris is charged with a total of 107 counts. His sister, Sharina Harris, is charged with 18 counts. Twenty-four-year-old Qwayvon Marshall is charged with 18 counts, and 21-year-old Devon Johnson faces 20 counts.
All of the suspects are in jail. Their attorneys declined to comment on Monday.
