CLEVELAND (AP) — The FBI has arrested 28 people in Cleveland charged with trafficking heroin and cocaine shipped from Chicago, Texas and Toledo.
The individuals were named in a 107-count federal indictment filed earlier this month and unsealed Thursday.
The arrests included the seizure of several pounds of heroin and cocaine and several guns. Three defendants are still on the loose.
Most defendants are from Cleveland, with others from Akron, Toledo, Chicago and Texas.
The indictment alleges drugs were sold at numerous locations around northeast Ohio between 2010 and this year.
