Police Department

Police found marijuana paraphernalia while investigating a domestic incident in the 600 block of South Street on Saturday. Police confiscated the paraphernalia.
A driver, stopped for speeding in the 700 block of Washington Avenue on Saturday, was cited for possession of marijuana.
A Fostoria driver with a suspended license failed to stop at a stop sign Friday on Morey Avenue. The driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and was cited for all three violations.
A Glenwood Middle School student was facing an allegation of possessing a knife on campus Friday.
A Davis Street man apprised Friday that money had been removed from his wallet which had been reported stolen.
A safe box was removed recently from 409 Washington St.
Saturday domestic discord was noted inside dwellings on Center Street, West Front Street and Queenswood Drive.
A Van Buren driver stopped for speeding in the 400 block of Crystal Avenue was incarcerated for driving under the influence Sunday.
A Cherry Street youth was escorted into custody Sunday for carrying a concealed weapon after being found with a BB gun tucked into the waistband of his pants.
Weekend warrants were issued to offenders located in the 100 block of Clinton Court, 328 Allen Ave., 400 block of North Cory Street, West Front Street, North Main Street, North Cory Street and 610 E. Sandusky St.

Sheriff’s Office

A rural Alvada motorist was warned after reportedly passing a stopped Vanlue school bus in the 17000 block of Ohio 568 on Oct. 24.
A Marion Township person advised in last October of fraudulently activity involving a wire transfer with cash.
