Police Department

A domestic disturbance occurred at a Bishop Lane abode Sunday.
Charges were expected after a Rawson male took an auto, without permission, from 1323 Glen Haven Drive on Monday.
A purse was stolen Monday from 2614 N. Main St.
A Monday fracas was investigated at 1921 Kirkwood Court.
A North Baltimore driver, found slumped over the steering wheel of a car outside 1113 Fishlock Ave., was incarcerated for having drugs Monday.
A Findlay man wanted under a warrant was located Monday at 536 W. Trenton Ave.
An unwanted Bucyrus resident, standing Monday with a baseball bat outside 1020½ Putnam St., will be given a trespass warning.
An unsober West Main Cross Street person was arrested for disorderly conduct Monday in the 700 block of West Trenton Avenue.
A Vanlue person who passed out in a car at 301 S. Main St. was arrested for having drugs Tuesday.
Lights were cut to a Christmas decoration outside 400 W. Melrose Ave. This report was filed Tuesday.

Sheriff’s Office

A Fostoria driver was cited Monday for unreasonable speed after his Ford hit the rear of a school bus stopped in the 20000 block of Ohio 12. No injury was reported.
A Fostoria teenager was charged with punching a classmate at Arcadia School last month.
A Forest man reportedly has been creating a commotion at First Federal Bank in Arlington. This was noted Friday.

Courthouse


From the public records of Hancock County Common Pleas Court:
Dana A. Ryan, 24, of Detroit, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possession of heroin, a third-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. The offenses took place May 16.
Anthony W. Phillips, 42, of Toledo, was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions for one count of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies. The incidents occurred Jan. 24.
