Janet Lutkus, of Medina, and her crew prepare the “Goodnight Gracie” balloon for Saturday night’s illumination ceremony during the BalloonFest at Emory Adams Park. Saturday morning’s balloon flights went as scheduled, though windy weather grounded the afternoon flights. Instead, the public was invited onto the field to meet and greet with participating pilots. Another round of flights is scheduled for 7 a.m. through 8:30 a.m. today at the park, with a free breakfast for at least 200 people scheduled for 6:30 a.m. and a praise service at 7:30 a.m., according to flagcityballoonfest.com (Photo by Kevin Bean / The Courier)
