Dave Hanneman
Dave Hanneman’s primary beat is Findlay High School, but he covers all area teams and sporting events as well. A 1976 graduate of Ohio Northern University, Dave began his sports writing career with The Putnam County Sentinel and joined The Courier in the spring of 1979. He covered the Blanchard Valley Conference and area schools for 10 years, then took over the Findlay High beat in 1990. Inducted into the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Hancock Sports Hall of Fame in 2010, Dave resides in Ottawa with his wife, Deb, and sons, Cody and Sam.
