KENTON A Forest man has pleaded guilty to several charges in a Kenton home invasion and burglary case.
According to WKTN-AM, Rick K. Gault, 33, of Forest, pleaded guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court to one count each of aggravated burglary and grand theft, and two counts of felonious assault. Several other counts, including kidnapping, were dismissed.
Gault was accused of breaking into a home in the 300 block of North Main Street in Kenton last fall, according to reports. A person inside the house was taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus for treatment of injuries.
Gault will be sentenced on March 1 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
