A Tiffin woman was injured in a crash Monday morning on Seneca County 7, near Bascom.

According to the Advertiser-Tribune and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer being driven by Pamela Hill, 62, of Tiffin, was northbound on Seneca County 7 when it went off the right side of the road around 11:50 a.m.

The Trailblazer then struck a ditch and hit several trees, the sheriff’s office said.

Hill told sheriff’s deputies she hit an ice patch on the roadway.

Hill was taken by Bascom EMS to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was not cited, the sheriff’s office said.
