Two people were indicted Tuesday by a Hancock County grand jury for allegedly robbing Findlay’s CashMax in June.
Andrew G. Hickle, 31, address unknown, went inside the business, Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle said, while Ana M. Hernandez, 25, of Findlay, “aided and abetted” him during the June 19 incident. Riegle declined to say how Hernandez helped Hickle.
Both were charged with robbery, a second-degree felony.
Police said at the time that a man robbed CashMax by showing a gun and giving employees a note demanding cash, which he received.
Hickle was indicted in September for robbery, a third-degree felony, for an alleged incident July 3 at the Sixth Street Kroger in Findlay. He was charged with fourth-degree felony trespassing in July.
