Both the Blanchard River and Eagle Creek reached flood stage in Findlay over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
The Blanchard River reached 11 feet, which is considered minor flood stage, at 3:15 p.m. today. The river was at 11.56 feet at 7 p.m. Moderate flood stage is 12 feet.
Eagle Creek has reached moderate flood stage at 10.16 feet at 4 p.m. today. The creek reached minor flood stage, which is 9 feet, at 3 p.m. Saturday.
About 1.5 inches of rain fell on Findlay over the last several days, the National Weather Service reported.
River Road between Stanford Parkway and Hancock County 140 is currently closed.
Motorists are advised not to drive through high water and to call 911 if they see water crossing a roadway.
