Damage to a car was reported at 620 Lynn St. on Thursday.
A domestic incident was reported in the 500 block of West Lincoln Street.
A resident on Thursday said a newspaper was taken from a porch at 1219½ Fox St. and replaced with one from March 9.
Morphine and a crack pipe were found during a traffic stop Friday at 2700 N. Main St.
A citizen was cited for marijuana possession Friday in the 300 block of West Trenton Avenue.
A Port Washington man was arrested Friday at 1981 Tiffin Ave. for drunk driving.

Angelica Duncan of Findlay was found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was sentenced to six months in the Hancock County jail and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. The sentence will be suspended if her child has no unexcused absenses for the next two years, and her children are in school and on time every day.
Sherri Ihle of Findlay was sentenced to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, for allowing a child to have multiple unexcused absences from Findlay High School. The sentence will be suspended if Ihle complies with all court orders for two years.
