The owner of All American Rock House, 1851 Tiffin Ave., was cited for loud music emanating from the establishment Saturday.

Domestic trouble happened at a South Main Street apartment Sunday.

A Findlay woman wanted under a sheriff’s warrant was taken into custody Sunday at 922 Fox St.

A South Main Street male was jailed for domestic violence after injuring a city female Monday.

A rural Forest fellow was ticketed last week for failing to control a Chevy Cruze that struck a parked motor home along West Main Cross Street in Arlington.

A rural Findlay couple reported a “strong” odor of marijuana coming from a West Bigelow Avenue apartment Friday, forcing the couple to spend the night in a local hotel because the female felt ill from the smell.

Wood bundles were discarded near the intersection of Hancock County Roads 24 and 182. The incident was noted Sunday.

A Van Buren Township person on Thursday reported fraudulent charges on a credit report.

An Orange Township man on Thursday reported an email scam for ransom, indicating that malware had been introduced into his computer after he visited an adult website, Chatubate.

Municipal Court

From the public records of Findlay Municipal Court. The following people were sentenced:

Tina M. Lewis, Christopher E. St. Louis, both of Findlay, and John F. Tracy II, Dola, all for driving under suspension (DUS); $250 fines.

Mark A. Moser, Tamara L. Wright, both of Findlay, DUS; $350 fines.

Arthur N. O’Bichie, Findlay, DUS; $325 fine.

Dustin Lee Orians, Findlay, no operator’s license (NOL) and display of license plates violation; $325 fine.

Dennis D. Zehender Jr., Findlay, NOL; $75 fine.

Brandon M. Fausnaugh, Carey, drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DUS; $550 fine.

Hao Zhang, Findlay, speed; $95 fine.

Lindsay M. Wilkins, Findlay, petty theft, $250 fine, 60 jail days with 50 suspended.

Courthouse

From the public records of Hancock County Common Pleas Court:

Michelle D. Hickerson, 41, of Findlay, was sentenced to 15 months in prison and must pay restitution of $150 to the Hancock METRICH Drug Task Force, after she pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fourth-degree felonies, stemming from incidents on Jan. 26, 2017, and Feb. 1, 2017. Hickerson was also sentenced to 11 months in prison, which will be served concurrently with the 15-month sentence. The second sentence is for a possession of cocaine offense, a fifth-degree felony, which occurred Oct. 13, 2017.

Michael D. Allen, 44, of Toledo, was sentenced to 26 months in prison and must pay restitution of $400 to the Hancock METRICH Drug Task Force after he pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine, both fourth-degree felonies. The charges stem from incidents on July 14, 2017, and July 27, 2017.

Eric C. Brown, 47, of Findlay, was sentenced to 10 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of trafficking in cocaine, all fifth-degree felonies. The offenses occurred June 6, 2016, June 8, 2016, and June 29, 2016.

Shelbie K. Harden, 39, of Vanlue, was sentenced to five years of community control, with intensive supervision, after Harden pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, stemming from an incident on Feb. 20, 2017.

Benjamin G. Thomas, 31, of Fostoria, was sentenced to five years of community control, with intensive supervision, after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony, following an incident on Sept. 6, 2017.

Jordan L. Mason, 25, of Findlay, was sentenced to five years of community control, with intensive supervision, after he pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, stemming from an incident on July 3, 2017.

Nickolas R. Montgomery, 43, of Findlay, was sentenced to 17 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, stemming from an incident on Sept. 27, 2017.

Coroner Rulings

Kimberly Holland, 49, of Fostoria, died May 28, 2017. Cause of death: burns from a fire. Final ruling: accident.

Kelly Fabo, 40, of Fostoria, died Nov. 30, 2017. Cause of death: heart condition. Final ruling: natural.

Daniel J. Decker, 26, of Findlay, died Dec. 12, 2017. Cause of death: fentanyl toxicity. Final ruling: accident.

Jennifer Haynes, 32, of Fostoria, died Dec. 12, 2017. Cause of death: acute combined drug intoxication, specifically oxycodone and cocaine. Final ruling: accident.

Clell F. Lafferty, 96, of Arlington, died Dec. 25, 2017. Cause of death: complications due to a fall. Final ruling: accident.

Robert J. McCracken, 17, of Findlay, died Jan. 25. Cause of death: multiple blunt force trauma due to a car accident. Final ruling: accident.
