Charges of open container and possessing weed were filed Friday against a North Baltimore man stopped on Lane Avenue.
Five juveniles were found Saturday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Clinton Court.
A Columbus motorist with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.065 was arrested Saturday for operating a vehicle after underage consumption on Tecumseh Drive.
