A Forest man wanted under a sheriff’s office warrant was located Monday on Ash Avenue.

An “intoxicated” homeless man clad in underwear and lying in the ground of the 400 block of Monroe Avenue was arrested for disorderly conduct Tuesday.

A Findlay woman advised Saturday that the handle of her car door was broken by a drunken person outside a wedding reception.
