A “highly intoxicated” homeless male in a parking lot of 1921 Tiffin Ave. was jailed for disorderly conduct Tuesday.
A rural Arcadia female was arrested Tuesday for an assault that occurred at 1603 Hancock County 216, Arcadia.

Sharon Tracy, Findlay, was ordered to have her child attend school every day unless excused. Tracy was found guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, because her 16-year-old child had 167 or more hours of unexcused absences. She faces six months in the Hancock County jail and a $1,000 fine if she does not comply.
Tamra Woods, Findlay, was ordered to have her children attend school every day unless excused. Woods was found guilty of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, both first-degree misdemeanors. Her 7-year-old child had 69 or more hours of unexcused absences, and her 9-year-old child had 74 or more hours of unexcused absences. She faces 360 days in the Hancock County jail and a $2,000 fine if she does not comply. If she has to serve the time, she has credit for two days already served.
