Police Department

The following incidents were reported Thursday:

A vehicle sideswiped another vehicle in the 100 block of East Sandusky Street.

A domestic dispute was reported on Larkins Street.

A man threatened an employee at a business in the 700 block of Blanchard Street.

A suspected intoxicated driver was stopped and taken into custody at East Trenton Avenue and North Blanchard Street following a chase.

The area of the 800 block of West Trenton Avenue was checked for a van with occupants reportedly smoking marijuana.

A domestic dispute was reported on South Street.

A loud music complaint was reported in the 800 block of Bright Road.

Sheriff’s Office

The following incidents were reported Thursday:

An Arlington man reported being harassed and threatened by another man.

A Rawson female said she was being threatened on Facebook by an ex-boyfriend.

Used needles were found in a plastic bag at the Brookside Drive and Marion Township 201 intersection.

A two-vehicle accident in the 21000 block of Ohio 568, Vanlue, totaled a car that ended up in a nearby field. There was no one transported by ambulance.

A vehicle, reportedly used in a theft, was found in a parking lot on Trenton Avenue. A female driver and male passenger were not found.

A vehicle sideswiped a telephone pole in the 19000 block of Ohio 568. Vehicle glass shattered and one person had left arm and side pain, while the other reported neck pain.

A male reported identity theft of his credit union account, which had a zero balance, and someone opening an account at a separate bank.

A vehicle was damaged at Ohio 613 and Township Road 14. No one was transported by ambulance.

A Silverwood Drive deputy reported getting scam calls Friday morning and wanted to talk with a deputy.

6:29 a.m., 701 Lima Ave., traffic accident.
