Police Department

The following incidents were reported Wednesday:

A neighbor reported men and women were yelling in the 1100 block of Vincent Street.

A woman reportedly overdosed at a Tiffin Avenue residence.

A domestic incident was reported at a Midland Avenue address.

Items were taken from the porch at 214 W. Front St.

One person was taken into custody after a man was assaulted when he fired another man at a Findlay business.

A Crystal Glen Boulevard teen was reported to police as being unruly. The teen threw a glass of water at another person.

A Remington Street resident reported that someone had been using personal information in an attempt to secure loans.

A Breckenridge Road resident said someone has been messing with her car and cutting the screens on her house. She said these things have been going on since February.

A man on West Main Cross Street was threatening suicide.

A vehicle was reported stolen from 1900 S. Main St.

A Fishlock Avenue woman told police that someone had used her personal information to charge items.

An East Hobart Avenue man reported that he was being harassed via Facebook.

A fight was reported at a Monroe Avenue residence.

A West Main Cross Street teen was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital after threatening to hurt himself.

A domestic dispute was noted at a residence on Third Street.

A bicycle was stolen from 1320 Glen Haven Drive.

Someone reported that a woman who had just gotten drugs was in a car with three children in the 500 block of Tiffin Avenue.

A Township Road 145 resident reported that someone had left a note on the door that read “Why don’t you move, everyone hates you here, why don’t you move on.”

A domestic dispute was reported at an East Sandusky Street residence.

An intoxicated male was reported at the City Mission, 510 W. Main Cross St.

A burglary was reported at a Fishlock Avenue residence. Someone tried to cut a lock off a shed and damaged a tote.

A suspicious person in the 100 block of East Sandusky Street was “acting oddly.”

A domestic incident was reported between a man and woman at Kirkwood Court residence.

Two people were walking in the middle of the roundabout on Lima Avenue. The male appeared to be intoxicated and staggering.

Sheriff’s Office

A man said he was harassed and punched by a woman at an Edgewood Drive residence.

A Longmeadow Lane resident said a man driving a green Pontiac Solstice had been in his garage. Nothing was reported missing.

A man was yelling and breaking things during a domestic dispute at a residence on Wagner Way.

Deputies and officers from the Findlay Police Department responded to a call when shots were fired in an attempted suicide near Arcadia.

A man said he was being slandered and harassed after someone posted a report of an accident he was involved in on social media. The man was told it is not illegal to post a public police report as long as it doesn’t contain any confidential information.

Vehicles struck deer at County Roads 9 and 26, and on Ohio 12, Fostoria.

A possible drug overdose was reported at a Longmeadow Lane residence.

Kate E. Boes, Arcadia, OVI, fine $500; 180 jail days, 70 suspended; driver’s license suspended 731 days, with driving privileges.

Benjamin N. Homsher, Mount Blanchard, operating a vehicle while under the influence (OVI), fine $450; 30 jail days, 30 suspended; driver’s license suspended 366 days.

Dustin W. Lanagan, Findlay, petty theft, fine $300; 90 jail days, 90 suspended.

Michael J. Maag, Deshler, petty theft, fine $250; 50 jail days, 40 suspended.

Jeremy R. Noel, Findlay, drug paraphernalia, fine $250; 30 jail days, 30 suspended; domestic violence, fine $250, 180 jail days, 160 suspended; failure to stop after an accident, fine $250; 90 jail days, 90 suspended; driver’s license suspended 181 days.

Dustin A. Rice, Findlay, physical control of a vehicle, fine $600; 90 jail days, 83 suspended.

Heather R. Risser, Findlay, drug paraphernalia, fine $250, 30 jail days, 30 suspended; physical control of a vehicle, fine $450; 90 jail days, 81 suspended.
