“Evidence: The Aesthetics of Dissent,” an exhibit by Philip Sugden, will be on display in the Neon Heater Gallery in downtown Findlay through July.
The visual arts exhibit features objects appropriated from the artist’s home and sealed inside official court evidence bags. These objects could be used in a court of law to help establish an “indisputable proof” of the artist/suspect being in dissent against current U.S./Christian government values and policies of disinformation and untruths.
The exhibit will run July 1-30. An opening reception will be held from 5-8 p.m. July 12 in the gallery, 400½ S. Main St., second floor.
