I think the unfounded fear of a residential addiction treatment center on Manor Hill Road masks the real concern about having what amounts to a recovery warehouse.

There have been stories recently of large for-profit companies similar to Desert Cove Recovery bringing in addicts from out of a local area and basically dumping them in the community once their insurance runs out.

This has happened in Toledo.

That should be the bigger concern for the community rather than the irrational fear of recovering addicts eating babies.
