The Kiwanis Club of Findlay commemorated Presidents’ Day during their Feb. 21 meeting by honoring those who have served the club in the role of president.

In the 98 years since the club’s founding in 1920, 97 people have served as president. Twenty of the past presidents were in attendance for the event, and 23 of the 39 living past presidents are still active with the club.

James Brucklacher, who was president in 1965, was the most senior of those in attendance. Jeff Whitman holds the distinction of being the only person who has served twice. The program was planned by Rick Kidwell, president in 1992-93.
