Pawsible Angels and Lodestar’s Guiding Angels for the Blind have announced their merger.
With this merger, Pawsible Angels will be the surviving entity, and Lodestar will continue to exist as its own program within the nonprofit corporation. Lodestar will continue to provide guide and mobility dogs to children in need.
Pawsible Angels is a 501(c)3 based out of Findlay. It primarily trains service dogs, and trains and places therapy dogs through The Dog Project. It also provides training classes, behavior consulting and community education. The organization is led by a board of directors, with Michele Frank serving as executive director.
