A Findlay man was arrested early Sunday after “a large amount” of suspected crystal methamphetamine was found in his car during a traffic stop, Findlay police reported.
Shad Noblit, 36, was being held Sunday at the Hancock County jail. He faces a second-degree felony charge of possession of crystal methamphetamine, a fifth-degree felony charge of possession of heroin, and three other fifth-degree felony drug possession charges, police said.
Police said a vehicle driven by Noblit was stopped at about 1:02 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Blanchard Street. A K9 unit was brought to the scene and alerted to the vehicle, leading to a search.
Police said they found a large amount of suspected crystal methamphetamine, other drugs, drug paraphernalia, and money.
