A Hancock County grand jury indicted 11 people on Tuesday, including a woman who was charged with three counts of forgery and two counts of burglary.

Deanna L. Riker, 32, of Rawson, was indicted on charges that she attempted to withdraw cash from Huntington Bank, under the name of another woman, three separate times in May. The three counts of forgery are considered fifth-degree felonies.

She was also charged with going to the residence of the same woman in Bluffton to commit a burglary, once in late May and once on June 5. Both charges are third-degree felonies. County Prosecutor Phil Riegle said the women knew each other.

Separately, William K. Deeren, 53, of Findlay, was charged with recklessly failing to provide for a functionally-impaired person, a fourth-degree felony. Riegle said Deeren was facing charges of elder abuse after failing to provide treatment and services to a family member.

Treynton S.D. Betts, 19, address unknown, was charged with grand theft, a third-degree felony, for taking a Highpoint 9 mm handgun April 7.

Eric E. Heistand, 45, of Findlay, was charged with breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly breaking into a Davis Street garage on April 1, and a count of tampering with evidence on April 23, a third-degree felony.

Cory A. Fraley, 38, of Findlay, was charged with domestic violence, a third-degree felony, after a July 29 incident.

Joshua J. Hoffbauer, 28, of Findlay, was charged with burglary, a third-degree felony, for allegedly trespassing in a rural Fostoria residence on April 14, 2015.

Seven people were indicted on drug-related charges, including two on secret indictments:

  • Dolores A. Blanco, 27, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possession of a form of synthetic marijuana on Dec. 26, 2016.
  • Christopher A. Bibler, 47, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an incident that occurred Jan. 3.
  • Aaron A. Rayoum, 29, of Toledo, was charged with possession of heroin, a second-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony, after an incident that occurred July 27.
  • Travis L. Baldridge, 22, of Findlay, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an incident June 9.
  • Christopher J. Strong, 44, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly being in possession of oxycodone on Jan. 31.
  • Elias R. Perez, 26, of Findlay, was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, and trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, after an incident Nov. 4, 2015. He was secretly indicted Jan. 24.
  • Rett R. Williams, 24, of Toledo, was charged with trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, after a secret indictment May 24, 2016. The incident occurred Oct. 29, 2015.
