ARLINGTON — A two-vehicle wreck in Arlington left one village resident injured at 7:13 a.m. Friday, authorities reported.

Solomon Weihrauch, 24, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of possible injuries.

According to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, Jesse Tapia, 54, of Arlington, pulled a GMC Jimmy from a stop sign on West Main Cross Street and into the side of a Volkswagen Passat operated by Weihrauch, which was traveling on South Main Street.

Tapia was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign.
